    This page sets out how HYPER SOFTS operates, in our own words, so partners and other operators know exactly where we stand.

    We operate independently

    HYPER SOFTS runs its own platform, its own infrastructure and its own commercial agreements. We do not target, undercut or interfere with any other operator's business, brand or customer base. Any similarity in catalogue is simply the result of the same publicly distributed game content being available to multiple licensed integrators.

    Authorised supply only

    Our game catalogue is delivered through our own upstream integration agreements. We do not clone, mirror, proxy or resell another company's private credentials, and we do not scrape third-party panels. If any party believes content is being distributed outside an authorised channel, we will review it on request and act on verified findings.

    We work inside strict limits

    Traffic on our platform is intentionally capped. Every API key is rate limited, domain whitelisted and volume monitored, and wallet exposure is bounded per account. We do not chase unlimited scale — we serve a controlled set of partners within agreed limits. Read the full operational safety framework on our Risk Shield page.

    Signed sessions & controlled access

    Every game launch is protected by HMAC-SHA256 signed URLs, domain whitelisting and per-key rate limits. Sessions expire automatically and cannot be replayed or shared. This prevents abuse, credential leakage, and unauthorised reuse of launch links.

    Regional restriction

    Abuse, disputes and attacks

    We do not condone, sponsor or participate in any attack, disruption, defamation or data theft against another platform — and we apply the same standard to our own systems. Attempts to disrupt our service are logged, throttled and handled through our hosting and network providers and, where appropriate, the relevant authorities. Commercial disagreements belong in writing, not in attacks.
